We are pleased to announce that Globe Midwest Adjusters International’s Vice President & Chief Operating Officer Ethan Gross recently participated in a “Point/Counterpoint Discussion of Current Insurance Industry Issues” which was sponsored by The Honorable Order of the Blue Goose, Intl. – Detroit Puddle. The sold-out event took place on Thursday, March 16, at the Hyatt Place Detroit/Novi in Novi, Michigan.
The lively panel discussion touched on operations issues, risk and regulatory challenges, tax implications and consumer rights. Gross, who served as the panel’s public adjuster representative, has adjusted numerous complex claims resulting in favorable settlements on behalf of policyholders throughout the United States and Canada. He spoke along with Michael Fabian of Fabian, Sklar & King, PD (who served as the panel’s attorney for the insured representative), Phillip Yeager from Yeager, Davison & Day, PC (who served as the panel’s attorney for the carrier representative) and Clare Wasek of Vericlaim Co. (who served as the panel’s independent adjuster representative).
