Danielle Levin Gabbard got her start at Globe Midwest as a licensed public adjuster and worked her way up the ladder to the position she holds today, managing partner. One piece of advice that Danielle gave Authority Magazine was to always be humble.

"As you start to move higher up within the company, make sure to stay humble. Remember where you came from and how you got there," Danielle stated in her interview with Authority Magazine. "You didn’t get where you are today without help from those around you — your peers, your mentors, your family and your friends. It really does take a village, and you have to constantly remember that. As a leader, it’s so important to show your employees that you wouldn’t be where you are without them. For me, personally, I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for every single person here."
