Robert P. Levin, SPPA is an expert in the field of loss consulting and appraisal, is a Senior Professional Public Adjuster licensed throughout the United States. Mr. Levin is a Certified Review Appraiser and recognized as an expert witness for litigation support. Mr. Levin became CEO of Globe Midwest Adjusters International in 1987 and currently is Chairman and President.
Specializing in catastrophic losses, Mr. Levin handled the adjustment of many major losses resulting from the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center. To date, Mr. Levin has been involved in the adjustment of claims in excess of $5 billion. Mr. Levin is a member of the American Society of Appraisers – Technical Cost Valuation and an associate member of the American Bar Association, Tort and Insurance Practices. He is a certified instructor by the State of Michigan where he frequently teaches continuing education courses to licensed insurance and real estate agents. He has been asked to speak at many insurance related seminars and conferences and has had numerous articles published. His affiliations also include the Engineering Society of Detroit, the Defense Research Institute, the Society of Insurance Research and the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Levin also served as president of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA).
