Serena Johnson

Serena Johnson is currently a Contents Specialist at Globe Midwest Adjusters International. Serena plays a vital role in making sure our client’s personal property claims are expertly inventoried and researched from start to finish in order to achieve the best possible claim result.

Since joining Globe Midwest in 2019, her duties include performing detailed physical inventories, researching replacement costs, creating comparisons for insurance company pricing, preparing extensive claims presentations and recreating property inventories when a physical inventory is not possible, assessing the value of personal property that has been damaged after homes or businesses have been affected by storms, fires or other catastrophic events.

Serena, who has been in the insurance restoration industry for over 20 years, works primarily with high-end homeowner claims and provides outstanding customer service for her clients. She has managed multimillion dollar contents claims as a restoration contractor. She is a trained Water Damage Restoration Technician and Fire Restoration Technician through the IICRC.
